Do you have sizing information?
We try to include general sizing information for each item on its individual page. However, we also have a sizing page which is meant to help determine your size when ordering. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please send us an email and we will be happy to assist you with your decision.

I would like to add multiple sizes of the same item to my shopping cart. Is there a way that I can do this all at once? 
Unfortunately our shop is not currently capable of performing this action. In order to add multiple sizes of the same item into your cart you will have to select the first size you wish to add, then return back to the product page and add the second size to your cart.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Dearlillie.com accepts PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Due to the handmade nature of our items, order processing times will vary. While most of our orders will process within 48 hours, please allow up to 7 days for us to process your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, all orders being shipped outside of the United States will be shipped USPS International Priority Air. However, we do not ship our tutus outside of the United States.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal upon completion of your order. Included in the confirmation will be a unique tracking number for your shipment.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes. PayPal will send you a second email notifying you that your order has shipped.

Do you take custom orders?
We are not taking custom orders at this time.
