Return Policy
Most of our apparel, accessories, and pillow covers can be returned unused for store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase. However, we do not take returns for our growth charts, signs, art prints, downloadable art, canvas art, gift certificates, or clearance items. We do not accept returns for orders outside of the United States.

Item Availability
While we will work to maintain item availability, certain products will occasionally run out of stock. If you are interested in purchasing an item that is currently out of stock, please feel free to contact us about when it will become available again.

Domestic Shipping
Orders being shipped inside the United States will be shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground depending on weight.

International Shipping
All orders being shipped outside of the United States will be shipped via USPS International Priority Air. We do not accept returns for orders outside of the United States.

The merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes (with the exception of wholesale customers).

Do you have sizing information?
We try to include general sizing information for each item on its individual page (where applicable). If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please send us an email, and we will be happy to assist you with your decision.

I would like to add multiple sizes of the same item to my shopping cart. Is there a way that I can do this all at once? 
Unfortunately our shop is not currently capable of performing this action. In order to add multiple sizes of the same item into your cart you will have to select the first size you wish to add, then return back to the product page and add the second size to your cart.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Dearlillie.com accepts PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Due to the handmade nature of our items, order processing times will vary. While most of our orders will process within 48 hours, please allow up to 7 days for us to process your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, all orders being shipped outside of the United States will be shipped USPS International Priority Air. However, we do not ship our larger items (wooden signs, ect.) outside of the contiguous United States.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with an order number from us upon completion of your order.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes. A shipment notification email containing a unique tracking number for your shipment will be sent immediately following shipment.

Do you take custom orders?
We are not taking custom orders at this time.
